Return Policy

Throughout our 10 years of business, we've made customer service our top priority. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you can return an item within 30 days from the purchase date.

Please note that all return items must be in new, unused, or unworn condition with the original tags and stickers attached. Items that don't meet these conditions will be returned to purchaser at his or her expense and no refund will be issued.

Certain items, such as party supplies are not returnable.

When contacting us by e-mail, please provide your name, phone number, order number, and items to be returned or exchanged. A customer service representative will contact you within one business day.
