Throughout our 15 years of business, we've made customer service our top priority. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you can return an item within 30 days from the purchase date.
Please note that all return items must be in new, unused, or unworn condition with the original tags and stickers attached. Items that don't meet these conditions will be returned to purchaser at his or her expense and no refund will be issued.
We cannot accept returns for custom-made products, party supplies or special events products (example: Kentucky Derby, Super Bowl) in any condition.
Please contact us by phone 1-800-742-7610 or by e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) to receive a return authorization. When contacting us by e-mail, please provide your name, phone number, order number, and items to be returned or exchanged. A customer service representative will contact you within one business day.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
